dp training invites you to join the community services and health industry.

You can become a qualified Assistant in Nursing – AIN with a Nationally recognised qualifications- in: CHC30212 Certificate III in Aged Care and CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability.
The course content has been specifically designed to incorporate accelerated learning techniques and adult learning principles, so that our participants can obtain two nationally recognised qualifications in the one program and gain all the theory and practical knowledge required within weeks!

Our course program includes three key components:

1) Classroom based training:
classroom attendance – “Face to Face” - with additional support networks in place such as student forums. This is of great benefit for those who wish to build up confidence and brush up their studying skills whilst building a social and professional network.

2) On the job training :

Practical training through a Vocational Placement is the focus of our course program. This practical approach to learning will prepare our participants to ease into 100 hours of on the job training required to gain the qualification.

DP Training will support participants to organize vocational placement - work experience with an appropriate aged care, health care or disability service provider. It can be in a nursing home or community service organisation.
The Community Services and Health Industry has become the largest employer in Australia. The need for qualified staff is at critical levels and will continue to increase in demand in the coming years.

Many of the past participants were offered work by their work experience employers before the completion of training, for others - the experience gained supports their applications for equivalent positions.

3) Employment:

Before participants are offered a place in the course program, they will be required to attend an employability interview. Places are only offered to participants who, with support, will successfully be able to gain employment in the Community Services and Health Care Sector.

DP Training will support all participants through the processes of: initial training and gaining the right qualifications, through to resume preparation, job applications and interview techniques – we support you to get a job offer and kick start your career in the Community Services and Health Care Industry.
