BSB50607 DIPLOMA of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

 

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resource functions are effectively conducted in an organization or business are. Typically they would have responsibility of other staff.

 

There are no entry requirements for this qualification

 

Preferred pathways are;

  • BSB41007 Certificate IV in Human Resources or other relevant qualifications

or

  • With vocational experience in Human resource management but without formal qualifications.

  • Human Resource manager
  • Senior Human resource officer

 

In order to gain the certificate, 8 units must be completed for this qualification, 3 compulsory units and 5 elective units.

  • BSBHRM503B - Manage performance management process
  • BSBHRM504A - Manage workforce planning

 

The Elective Units CAN Include:

  • BSBHRM506A - Manage recruitment, selection and induction
  • BSBLED502A - Manage programs that promote effectiveness
  • BSBDIV501A - Manage diversity in the workplace
  • BSBOHS509A - Ensure a safe workplace
  • BSBRSK401A - Identify risk and apply risk management processes
  • BSBWRK509A - Manage industrial relations
  • BSBHRM507A - Manage separation or termination
